Rosemont Housing Market

Rosemont real estate was not developed until 1958. It was, however, annexed to the city much earlier in 1910.

Rosemont has a current population of 1,200 residents and 20% of the properties are comprised of condominium units and townhomes. The rest consist of detached single-family homes. The association maintains the community hall's family and adult functions, social and sports programs and the ice skating rink. The association also supports the community's newsletter, brings community issues to Calgary's city hall, and participates in the Calgary Recycling Centre's environmental efforts.
