That is, homes are valuable, and prices are holding steady. The average sold price of a home near the water in this area is $486,000 as of March of 2019. Over the last year, that has changed about 1 percent. Home buyers may expect their home to be affordable and likely to maintain its value long term.
The inventory here is moderate with about 55 homes for sale. This is about average for the region. Being near the lake, it is also important to know this is a highly desirable place to buy a home.
