The development of Valley Ridge real estate began in 1992 and the community has since grown significantly to become one of Calgary's most affluent residential housing markets. If golfing is your game you could get in a round every morning before work if you want! Valley Ridge property developer Barbican built this community around the 18-hole course on 500 acres of land. With the addition of another nine holes, Valley Ridge is becoming increasingly popular for its golf course, which is now available for tournaments.
