Seton Housing Market

This Seton real estate market is currently under construction and does not have a long history, but its future is expected to be bright. The real estate developers of Brookfield Residential have a 15-year plan for its construction. Market Street will boast luxury boutiques and cafes. The community will have a Cineplex theatre featuring the most advanced entertainment technologies.

The 16-acre park will have a variety of recreational facilities including pathways for jogging and biking, sports fields and ponds. Home buyers in Seton will also have direct access to a recreation centre, which will offer a wide range of amenities and programs for different age groups. This is truly lined up to be an urban hub with everything in one place.
