Martindale Housing Market

The neighbourhood of Martindale became a part of the City of Calgary in 1961 and real estate development began in Martindale began more than two decades later in 1983.

Martindale homes are located east of Calgary International Airport deep in the northeast section of the city. The neighbourhood is close to the Saddle Ridge and Westwinds industrial parks and its boundaries include 80 Avenue NE to the north, Falconridge Boulevard to the east, 64 Avenue NE to the south and Metis Trail NE to the west. You'll have a choice between three senior high schools if you move here, including Lester B. Pearson, James Fowler and Bishop McNally schools.
