Albert Park Housing Market

The Albert Park housing market is home to a population of just over 6,000 residents. Smyth and McCullough, in an effort to boost interest in the area, spread the word that a new public transportation streetcar system was going to be built throughout the area. Their fib was uncovered, and the two men fled. As a result, real estate development of the area was inconsistent for many years until it was rediscovered for its fantastic location.
