Dan has spent much of his previous career working in various supervisory and managerial roles.
Within each team structure his goal was to achieve operational excellence through working individually with the team members and by identifying their strengths and personal drivers.
After the oil pricing crash, he spent four years as an assistant manager in a customer service role in the automotive industry. He found that he thoroughly enjoyed helping clients navigate different purchase options to find the selection that best fit their needs and wants. During this time, following in his Father’s footsteps, he began investing in residential real estate, and found that he loved the hunt for that perfect place as well as the purchasing process.
