Kincora real estate housing market was developed in the early years of the 21st century, but its feel is decidedly ancient, and the name reflects that atmosphere quite accurately. The neighbourhood’s name is derived from the legends of Brian Boru, the mythical first king of Celtic Ireland. The boundaries of Kincora are defined by 128 Avenue NW in the north, Highway 772 in the east, Stoney Trail in the south, and the Shaganappi Trail in the west.
As expected from such a recently established neighbourhood, the homes are mostly very new. Most of the Kincora homes are single-family detached with price tags in the mid-$400Ks to the high-$500Ks range. There is also a small multi-family townhouse complex in Kincora as well.
